Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

Follow these steps:

  1. Click “MAKE A BOOKINGto predefined destinations or TAILOR MADE if you need a custom service
  2. You will be redirected to our booking request form or tailor made form.

Complete booking request fields:

    1. FROM: Airport, Resort or another location
    2. DROP OFF: Your destination
    3. PICKUP DATE/TIME: If being picked up from the airport this will be your flight arrival time
    4. RETURN DATE/TIME: If returning to an airport you need to allow enough time to arrive at the airport one hour before your departure time for domestic flights or two hours before departure time for international flights
    5. PASSENGERS: The number of people in your traveling party
    6. Press FIND A TRANSFER button

  5. FLIGHT NUMBER: We use this to track your flight’s arrival time

  8. PAYMENT METHOD:
    1. Pay Driver: Book now and pay our driver cash
    2. Credit Card: Enter your credit card details for us to charge
    3. PayPal: Book now and make a secure payment via PayPal (PayPal accepts all major credit cards ensuring online payments are secure)

What information do I need in order to book?
  • You need the following information to request a quote
    • Pickup Location: Airport, Resort or other address
    • Drop-Off Location: Your destination
    • Pickup Date & Time: If being picked up from the airport this will be your flight arrival time
    • Return Pickup Date & Time: If returning to an airport you need to allow enough time to arrive at the airport one hour before your departure time for domestic flights or two hours before departure time for international flights
    • Passengers: The number of people in your travelling party
    • Checked Bags: The number of checked bags in your travelling party
  • You need the following information to book
    • Name: The contact person in the group
    • Phone: A mobile phone number that will be our point of contact at pickup
    • Email: To receiving booking confirmations, updates and cancellation emails
    • Notes: Include special requests like child seats (rear or forward facing), booster seats, oversized luggage and anything else we need to know
    • Flight Numbers: We use this to track your flight’s arrival time
    • Flight Times: Time of arrival or departure from the airport
    • Complete Destination Address: Your complete pickup or drop off address if you selected a suburb in the booking request (not required if a resort is listed in our drop down)
    • Referrer: Who introduced you to our service?
I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

Select the menu TAILOR MADE, or:

  • Select a suburb in the drop down nearest your pickup or drop off location.
    • Get a quote for the suburb selected (it will be similar if close).
  • Explain the actual pickup and drop off locations in detail within the booking notes field.
    • You will receive a booking confirmation via email.
    • Reply to this email if you have any other questions.
  • Our staff will contact you to adjust your transfer quote if it requires adjusting.
    • Go back and forwards via email until agreed on requirements and price.
    • If an agreement cannot be reached cancel the transfer request by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
How do I pay for my transfer?

  • At the bottom of the booking request form you will see a drop down for Payment Method”
    • Pay Driver:
      • Book online then pay our driver cash
    • Credit Card:
      • Enter your credit card details for us to charge your card before you transfer
    • PayPal:
      • Pay online via PayPal
      • PayPal accepts all major credit cards even if you don’t have a PayPal account
Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes as long as you advise us of the other locations in the booking notes when submitting your booking request.

  • We will contact you within two hours of your booking request to inform you if your extra stops incur an extra cost.
  • If you have not heard from us within two hours of submitting your booking confirmation consider your booking confirmed, as quoted.
Can I make a last minute reservation?

Summer Legacy accepts the last minute reservation if it is 24 hours before the scheduled transfer.

In this case please contact us with our phone number to inform you whether we are able to serve you.

What if my flight is delayed?
  • We track your flight number to ensure our driver is there to meet you at the terminal upon your arrival.
What if my flight is cancelled?
  • Don’t worry! Just let us know as soon as you can by sending a text message to +351 914 372 737.
  • We will do our best to re-arrange another transfer and meet you at your new flight arrival time.
How to book Golf Transfers and Amusement Parks Transfers?

For any of this options you will have available in the “Services” menu a pricing list for GOLF TRANSFERS and for AMUSEMENT PARKS TRANSFERS with all the provided cities departures.

Please follow the booking procedures also regarding the number of passengers pricing.

Before you travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?
  • Luggage entitlements are the same as airlines. One checked bag (20kg Max) and one carry on bag per passenger.
  • Luggage entitlements are dramatically enhanced if booking our larger vehicles.
    • Multiple large suitcases, bikes, strollers, surfboards and golf bags are catered for
  • If in doubt book our larger vehicles and luggage trailer.
  • It’s worth the extra few bucks knowing everything is going to fit before leaving home.
Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

Once you have completed your on-line booking, you will automatically receive a email voucher with instructions for meeting your driver.

After you had collected your luggage you must proceed to the way out where you will find an area where all the drivers are standing, holding signs with your name on.

IMPORTANT: Please print the journey voucher in advance, or save it on your mobile phone.

You must present it to our driver in the beginning of your journey. This is the proof that you are travelling legally with our company through an in advance booking.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

How should I know that my reservation is confirmed?

After all the bookings steps done and payment option chosen, you just have to confirm the booking form. After that, you will receive a journey voucher from us at your e-mail box with all the details of the journey.

IMPORTANT: Please print the journey voucher in advance, or save it on your mobile phone.

You must present it to our driver in the beginning of your journey. This is the proof that you are travelling legally with our company through an in advance booking.

During your Trip

Is smoking allowed on the trip?

All our vehicles are smoke-free. The coach will stop every couple of hours so you can light up during these breaks.

How long will the driver wait at the meeting point?

By sending to us all your details of your arrival (flight number, the hour of the arrival,the number of passengers) the driver will be at the airport in order to meet you.

The driver always has with him a label or a tablet with your name on , so that you can understand who your driver is.

It would be nice to have your mobile phone turned on and be sure to have your flight mode switched off as soon as you get out of the plane, so that the driver will get in touch with if a delay comes up while getting your luggage .

I cannot find my driver at the airport, what to do?

You should call us immediately to the phone number presented in your voucher, we will make sure our driver will meet you. He will have your name written on a welcome sign.
